186 Visa Specialist - and the November 2023 Changes

NOVEMBER 2023 NEWS - 482 Visa and Pathways to Permanent Residency

Exciting news released by the immigration department in November 2023, disclosed that both the medium term stream and short terms streams of the 482 TTS systems will now have a pathway to permanent residency via the TRT stream of the 186 visa – after working for their employer for a period of 2 years. Regulation 5.19 of The Migration Regulations 1994 has already been amended to reflect this change. What does this mean??   All ANZSCO occupations will have a pathway to permanent residency under the 186 TRT stream.
