Visa refusals can lead to distress and separation from family and loved ones. At GIC we are acutely aware of the impact a visa refusals or nominations can have on applicants and or sponsors. At times a visa refusal or the refusal of a nomination is either an unlawful or incorrect decision. Many visa or nomination refusals handed down by the Department of Immigration permit an applicant or sponsor to exercise their right to appeal.
