Step 1 – Make Contact

Step 2 – Assessing your Skills and Qualifications

We will request your CV, and copies of your certificates and Letters of Reference

Step 3 – Offer of Recruitment Agreement

After assessing your skills and qualifications and after forming the opinion that we can assist you find a Sponsored position – we will offer you a 6 month Recruitment Agreement where we will actively utilise our networks and resources to connect you with potential Sponsoring Employers. At this point a reasonable, un-refundable fee will be charged upon you signing the agreement. In most cases this fee is $1,100.00 AUD

Step 4 – If we connect you with a Sponsoring Employer

If we connect you with a Sponsored Employer, we will negotiate with the employer on your behalf. The employer will need to confirm in writing the offer of employment. If you accept the offer of employment, wewill charge you a final additional fee of $1,100.00 AUD.

We will comprehensively assess your position requirements.

After assessing the position requirement we will use our assets and resources to connect you with a suitably qualified Global Talent

J. How do make money from us? – We earn our professional fees on the sponsorship and visa application process that in part is the sponsor’s legal obligation.
