Is the 801 Stage 2 Easier than the 820 Stage 1?

No sponsorship form is required for the second stage 801 time of decision assessment. The Australian sponsor however will need to provide a completed commonwealth statutory declaration, you can read about it here:

That said, you need to approach the 801 application in a similarly comprehensive manner to the 820 visa 1st stage . Do more not less!!!!
